Foodie Friday! - Crockpot Barbecue Ribs

I love anything barbecue so when I came across a crockpot rib recipe that promised tender ribs, I had to try it.

And this recipe did not over promise!

Crockpot Barbecue Ribs

3.5 to 4 pounds of boneless pork ribs

1 cup basic barbecue sauce

1/2 cup honey barbecue sauce

1 medium onion, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon season salt

1/2 tsp Accent

Put diced onion in bottom of crockpot.  Place ribs on top.  Sprinkle seasonings on ribs.  Pour the combined barbecue sauces over all.  Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

These ribs were VERY tender.  They had a good flavor and were a very moist barbecue rather than a sticky glazed barbecue.   Anytime I can let my crockpot do the cooking for me, sign me up!

I don't recall where this recipe came from so am not able to give credit to the person who shared it.

Happy Friday!!
