I have to tell you, I don't like the word "resolution."
To me the word resolution is so strong that each time I have made a "resolution" and failed (quite often), I felt like a failure.
So this year I have a goal.
This year my goal is to simply make healthier choices. I want to eat healthier and exercise more.
By having a goal rather than a resolution, it allows me to be human, make a poor food choice once in a while, and pass up a chance to get myself moving more without making me feel like a failure if I'm not perfect.
Hopefully by the end of the year my good choices will far outweigh the bad.
