Here's a great recipe for grilling this summer. I had forgotten about this recipe until my niece mentioned it. It was one that I wanted to try but just had not gotten around to making yet.
With gorgeous weather here we decided to take advantage of it and try the Ranch Burgers on the grill. You've probably seen this on Pinterest, if not, try these! The recipe is also on the back of the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing packet.
Ranch Burgers
1 pound ground beef
1, 1-oz package of dry Hidden Valley Ranch Original dressing mix
1 cup cheddar cheese
Combine all ingredients together and form patties. We didn't put the cheese in and the flavor with just the beef and ranch mix was amazing. Michael grilled these and they were wonderful. You could add other things to the mix as well including bacon bits, onion, etc.
I don't think I will ever want a "plain" burger again. I just put a little BBQ sauce on mine and it was perfect.
My type of recipe...
