Foodie Friday! - Vanilla Crunchies

Here's another favorite Christmas candy in our family.  This recipe came from a lady in my previous church in Clear Lake.  Billie had the best recipes, and this one was one of them!
Vanilla Crunchies
2 pounds vanilla almond bark
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups mini marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies
Melt almond bark in microwave.  Add peanut butter and stir to melt.  In large bowl put peanuts, marshmallows, and cereal.  Pour the almond bark/peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients and mix well to cover.  Using a teaspoon drop into mounds on wax paper and allow to set.
These freeze very well.
This makes a very large batch.
