With both Michael and I starting new jobs in the last 6 weeks or so and little or no vacation time available for us to do a true vacation in the next year, we thought the long weekend was a great opportunity to get away for a few days and unwind.
Our destination? Duluth, of course.
Actually, Michael surprised me and said, "I made reservations for us for Duluth for Labor Day weekend!" I could not have been more surprised or thrilled.
We left after work Friday and arrived in Duluth at midnight. With just 2 days to spend here I wanted to get as many pictures as possible. Here are my favorites from the first day.
