It has been one of those weeks. Honestly, I have not cooked all week. We have either had leftovers, made something quick, or gone out to eat. So, in lieu of a full blog with photos, this week I am posting my favorite cheese ball recipe. It's a great appetizer for the summer get togethers coming up, and in our case, block parties!
Here goes...
Pecan Cheese Ball
1 pound Velveeta
8 oz cream cheese
3 shakes of Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
chopped pecans
Slightly melt the Velveeta and cream cheese in the microwave.
Mix the remaining ingredients in, blending well.
Refrigerate to harden.
Form into a ball.
Roll in the chopped pecans and serve with your favorite crackers.
Enjoy :)
I'll let you guess how I feel about velveeta ;)
