Big Returns

This weekend Dejigle (our Etsy store) did something new for us - we went to a local craft show. This was our first and we had no clue what to expect.

It was a small show and there were a lot of vendors there, with only a few of us being individual crafters.  It was good experience for us and gave us ideas as to how others do things.

We didn't sell a lot of things. 

There weren't a lot of people there. 

Our biggest sellers were my scones

and for Melissa leg warmers.

For Melissa and Lindy who traveled from out of state they likely didn't "make" money Saturday.  I might have made a little, it's hard to tell when you try to factor in your time. 

But the big return of the day was just getting to spend time with kids and grandkids.  No matter what the monetary outcome was at the end of the day, we were all winners.  Nothing beats hanging out with the kids and finding out what is new,  trying to grab hugs and kisses from a constantly moving 16-month old

and just enjoying family.  

Yep, the returns were big.  :)
