Salads?
Eh, not so much.
I don't make a lot of salads. I'm more a meat, potatoes, and dessert girl.
So in an attempt to try to broaden my salad horizons and make Foodie Friday well balanced, I thought I would share this recipe for a fruit salad.
Easy Fruit Salad
1, 15 oz. can fruit cocktail with juice
1, 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits without juice
1, small package vanilla pudding
1, 16-oz container of Cool Whip
Coconut (optional)
Mix the two cans of fruit together with the dry pudding mix. Fold in the cool Whip. Add the coconut if desired. Chill.
